Lyft was one of the first rideshare apps I ever used. Requesting rides through the slick app is simple enough. But over many Lyft rides, I’ve experienced inconsistent service. While most drivers are fine, I’ve dealt with more unprofessionalism than other apps - complaining, fishing for 5 star reviews, etc. More worn-down vehicles too.
